1. Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all orders placed through Space Pictures. By placing an order you agree to these conditions.

1.1 Products

Space Pictures sells prints, posters, calendars, gifts, and other products featuring my astrophotography. All images remain © Jack Sharp / Space Pictures.

1.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Space Pictures does not store or handle any card or payment details.

1.3 Order Confirmation

After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact me to check the order has been received.

1.4 Production & Fulfilment

All products are produced and shipped by a trusted third-party print partner. Fulfilment times vary depending on their workload and the type of product ordered.

1.5 Shipping

Currently I ship within the UK only. Worldwide shipping may be added later, with clear pricing shown at checkout.

1.6 Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Once printing or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel, contact me immediately and I’ll do what I can.

2. Refunds & Returns

I want you to be happy with your order. The following policies apply to all purchases.

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact me within 14 days with photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

2.2 Change of Mind

Physical prints, posters and calendars are usually made to order. Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day right to cancel, but once printing has started I may be unable to recover costs. If you change your mind, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll handle it fairly on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Digital Downloads

When available, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, unless the file is defective.

3. Website Terms of Use

3.1 General Use

You agree to use this site legally and sensibly. Do not attempt to hack, overload, copy, scrape, or misuse the website or images.

3.2 Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs are © Jack Sharp / Space Pictures. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without permission.

3.3 Liability

The website is provided “as is”. I do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy. I am not responsible for losses caused by downtime, delays, or third-party services.

3.4 External Links

Links to external sites (e.g., payment processors) are provided for convenience. I do not control their content, security, or policies.

3.5 Eligibility to Purchase

There are no age restrictions on browsing or purchasing. If you can legally use a payment method (card or PayPal), you may place an order. Responsibility for age verification lies with your payment provider.
