This policy explains what information Space Pictures collects, how it’s used, and your rights under UK GDPR. I keep things simple and collect only what is necessary to process orders and run the website.

The only personal information collected is what you provide during checkout or when contacting me:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Order details

Payment information (card numbers, billing details, PayPal details, etc.) is never handled or stored by Space Pictures. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.

How Your Information Is Used

Your details are used only for:

  • Processing and delivering your order
  • Emailing order updates or replying to messages you send
  • Basic, anonymous visitor counts (no tracking profiles)

I do not use behavioural tracking, advertising cookies, campaign profiling, or any form of cross-site tracking.

Cookies

Space Pictures uses the minimum essential cookies only, such as:

  • basic session cookies
  • basket/checkout functionality (if needed)

No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies that identify individuals, and no third-party tracking pixels are used.

How Long Your Data Is Kept

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Once it is no longer required, it is securely deleted. Payment processors may keep records according to their own legal obligations.

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Your information is shared only with:

  • Stripe / PayPal – to process payments
  • Print and fulfilment partners – to deliver your order
  • Email services – to send order confirmations

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their role.
